Your rental includes the 15 acres for your date: Luna Manor, the Pavilion, the Veranda, indoor and outdoor ceremony and reception spaces, Luna Room and Oak Room, executive kitchen access for your caterer, tables and chairs, on-site parking, and day-of venue staff.
Alcohol and bar service run through Moon Flower Hill under Texas TABC rules. Catering, florals, music, coordination, photography, lighting, and other rentals are bring-your-own-vendor. No guest-count minimum; pricing is custom by date and needs (request a tour for a proposal).

Couples who need a full resort hotel on property today may prefer a different model. We will say so honestly when you inquire.

Is the Glass House open now?
No. The Glass House opens March 2027. We are taking reservations for Glass House dates from that opening forward. Earlier dates use the current estate spaces.
Can we bring our own vendors?
Yes for catering, florals, DJ/music, coordination, photography, lighting, and most rentals. Bar service runs through Moon Flower Hill (TABC).
